Waste & RecyclingHarp Staffing is an industry leader in finding and placing top level talent in the recycling and non-hazardous solid waste industry. We specialize in the collection, transfer-station, recycling and landfill sections on both the operations and fleet maintenance side. Our Team of Recruiters know the industry, have walked the floors/learned from Maintenance Shop Leaders, and spent time with both Operations & Dispatcher Managers.
With each new position our recruiters have a short 10 minute meeting with the direct Hiring Manager whenever possible to collect all tangible and non-tangible skills being required of a new employee.
